建设 of a replacement District 4 Headquarters Facility with a training component and K9 kennel/training area replacing existing facilites. The district office will utilize the prototype layout from District 1. The training building area will be incorporated into a single facility. The facility will be constructed at the Airport 路 Annex site, replacing the existing Sheriff's Training, Supervisor of Election and old Transit Facility .
Landfill Scale House (Zemel 路)

The scale house at the Zemel 路 Landfill is currently a trailer nearing end of expected usable lifecycle. 另外, not compliant with the County's Ordinance of not utilizing trailers as permanent operations. The project would move the physical location of the scale house and its ancillary functions of a convenience center and household hazardous waste. The project will also streamline the flow and control of traffic in and out of the landfill.

During the site analysis the engineer determined the ramp could not be repaired in place; this project will be to design a replacement ramp that alleviates the safety issues.
